Return Window
You may initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your package.
Requirements for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the merchandise must:
- Be in its original, unworn, and pristine condition
- Come with all original tags and packaging
- Include valid proof of purchase or an order receipt
Starting the Return Process
To begin a return, please contact our customer care team at support@glevato.com or via our website's contact form. Once authorized, we will send you step-by-step return instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Return Shipping Fees
Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses to return items. However, if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will resolve the matter and ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Should your package contain damaged, flawed, or wrong merchandise, please reach out right away to support@glevato.com and include pictures of the issue. We will quickly assess the situation and issue a replacement where appropriate.
Non-Qualifying Issues
The conditions below are not considered manufacturing defects or valid quality issues for returns:
- Material Characteristics: Minor details like stray threads, unfinished edges, slight textural shifts, or color discrepancies caused by screen settings.
- Sizing Issues: Please consult our size guide prior to ordering. Although our team is happy to offer advice, items that do not fit are not classified as defective.
- Personal Preference: Returns based simply on changing your mind, disliking the color, or not favoring the style.
- Design Discrepancies: Slight variations in measurements between garments of the same size can happen due to manufacturing variations. Please rely on the provided measurements for accuracy.
- User Damage: Flaws resulting from normal wear and tear, improper washing, or unauthorized alterations and repairs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift certificates
- Personalized or made-to-order goods
- Discounted or clearance items (these can be returned, but you will receive store credit rather than a refund to your original payment source).
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, simply return your original merchandise following the standard procedure. After your return is authorized, you may place a fresh order for the new piece.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are permitted strictly within 24 hours of placing your order. Because we process shipments rapidly, we cannot stop an order after this window has closed. If you miss this timeframe, you will need to wait until the delivery arrives to initiate a standard return.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and evaluating your returned package, we will notify you regarding your refund's approval. For standard (non-sale) items, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 9 business days. Store credit is issued for refunded sale items. Keep in mind that banks and financial institutions may take extra time to post the funds to your account.
